Wow – what a horrible ooze of vile comments about myself came out today on my morning pages. The Critic in full swing. The thing is, I felt really good after finishing up. Lighter. In a good mood.

  • Isn't it amazing how much stuff is in there? Sometimes it's so heavy I'm afraid to put it on the page. But like a rotten tooth I guess it's best to get it out, no matter how painful. Sorry for the ugly metaphor!
