| Incessant hot weather, smoke from forest fires and weeks of blue skies give me the blues. I could really use a big storm right now – with black clouds and lots of rain.
This week’s ennui can probably be traced to being sick for four days. I might also be cycling somewhat moodwise, but I am one blue bunny right now.
One of the nice thing about working for oneself, however, is the ability to take a day off. I take Fridays off. All this means is that I don’t answer the phone and rarely answer emails. I get a chance to clean off my desk, spend a couple of hours at the bookstore, clean house and start the laundry. Sounds boring, but it is surprisingly refreshing.
